They do talk about challenges to prosecute hamas barbarians following the court of law process, such as challenges to link specific crime to specific people, victims all being murdered, lack of coordination of the investigation between police and court, etc.
If anything, the articles highlights the fact that Israel is a highly civilized democracy, follow the rule of law of the land, and their court system is highly competent, looks like do their job well.
Instead of Hamas facing military court, they are being prosecuted through the regular court looks like. Sorry, they did not receive a good treatment in the jail but again, being a democracy following a rule of law, that was investigated and remediated.
