My SO had one when we first got together, had to get in removed when she went in for an operation.She wants to get another one put back in,Im counting the days. The best BJs ever, not as good when its a CBJ.But still pretty dam good IMHO.

Well I've never receive a BJ but...I had my tongue pierce last year and it was fun:) Apparently guys can feel the difference when receiving a BJ...and also they sell some little attachment to put over the bead that vibrate:)
But one thing that people need to be careful about...is that if they give CBJ, the piercing can actually rip the condom
