I'm in no way a complicated hobbyist, usually not one to put someone down, I look for the positives but I'll be honest.

Communication was a bit wonky, had to wait 10min when I got there, should have left.
Greeted, did not appear to be prepared for the occasion, room was a disaster, a cat running around scratching everything.

Honestly, was just a big downhill. Service was also really unenthusiastic, may as well have been a starfish.
