Hey, we are having a crowd of about 6 guests over to watch the game.
We made a big tray of lasagna that will likely be mostly left over for meals later in the week.
Crock pot of meat ball in bbq sauce, again that left overs will go with left over potatoes and carrots for another meal later this.
Treats are fresh Caesar and tossed salads.
Then a tray of home made nachos. Chili spiced tomatoes boiled down to a thick sauce. Ground beef with spice nacho powder. Sliced olives, shredded cheese. Hope to eat all thus fresh, because left over nachos loose the texture fast.
Yes, also potato chips, sliced carrots and celery with ranch dip, and coated bbq peanuts and sweet and sour peanuts to round out the viewing and half time snacks.
And beer will be part of the caloric intake as well.
Two TV's set up fed by our over the air TV antenna on the roof in the connected living and dining room.
So no need to go diving to Youtube to see the special US super bowl ads.
