Tipping at MP

In another thread I mentioned that I usually tip Kim at Thai massage $20, while someone else said they tipped $40. I was serious when I wondered if I was being cheap. What would you tip for a decent massage $48.50 for 45 min with HJ included? (or $64 and change for an hour)

I don't want to short change anyone, but Kim gives no complaints and seems to be happy, I say this due to her actions toward me. I'm just really curious about this. Thanks in advance for all replies.

I haven't been there but if I go somewhere (and there's only two places I go) I tip up to $60 depending on how good it is. I saw Rachel at Angel's Touch today and I gave her $60 for a tip. Firstly it's very hard to find somewhere that gives a very firm massage which I like and secondly her finish is about the best I've ever had. At places where they have a set rate for extras, I usually pay another $20 on top of that.

I usually figure about 70 to 90 total (massage and tip).

The most I've paid is 160 which is stupidly high, but it was a pretty amazing massage, better than the few experiences I've had with SPs.
