Time Marches On..........For ALL OF US! Comments about a not-to-be-named SP

Well, I finally have proof - at least I think I do - that time marches on for every single one of us without exception.

I just visited the website of a well known SP or 'courtesan' that had previously featured a gallery of photos that hadn't changed (with some very minor exceptions) since about 1999 or 2000. I kept wondering when we were going to see some updates. I waited years and I thought, 'Soon, soon.....they're coming, they're coming'. Well, I found them today.

Sadly, the clock has not been kind to this individual. She has obviously had a face-lift and her once lovely features have been pulled back and to the left and the right so that it hardly looks like the same person. Now, if I apply the ten year rule to the age listed, this lady is now probably about 40 or so.

What is wrong with 40? Absolutely nothing. Is plastic surgery mandatory at that age! Certainly not. I love a mature, sexy and sultry woman. A few lines here and there can be very exciting. So why be so intent on blotting out every single sign of age on your face? It can't be done! Does the nature of the business demand it? Not necessarily. Has this SP overreacted in this case? In my opinion, yes, definitely.

Too bad. One little dream I've always had was to save up all my nickels and dimes and make the ultimate appointment with this exquisite lady. Now, that dream has been dashed. And, instead of the sort of eager anticipation I used to feel, her new set of pictures only makes me depressed.

Well written post UB. Yes, time marches on. When we`re in our teens and early twenties, the minutes, hours and days seem to last forever and we feel invincible. As we age into our 30`s and 40`s, the sands of time in that hourglass of life seem to fall at a much faster pace.

Some seem to burn the candle at both ends. I have friends I hung out with when I was in my early twenties. They rarely slept, ate nothing but junk food, drank excessively, spent too much time in the sun and smoked like chimneys. The aging process hit them hard.

Women seem to suffer more from the effects of aging and feel much more pressure to go under the knife. Its not really fair, the majority of potential clients for any woman in the adult industry are looking for a nubile, satin skinned, beauty in her early to mid twenties (or late teens).

Women that reach into their 40s are casts aside, unless they can find a Fountain of Youth. Plastic Surgery in some women`s minds is the answer.

I agree with you Ulan, is a shame, there are many women that reach 40 (even 50) that are hot, sexy and sultry......

In fairness, good genes has a lot to do with it, as well. Some people can enjoy a party lifestyle and age just fine. Others end up looking like Keith Richards.

I can't help but wonder if the facelift is actually due to something different. It does seem that many women in the sex trade, from porn stars to courtesans, are overly self-conscious about their appearance and use their money on unnecessary fixes, from boob jobs to nose jobs and other things.

The sad reality is when ladies reach 40 and want to stay in this industry they are competing with those young, hot girls who keep coming into the biz. In order to stay competitive they have the pressure to look young thus they turn to plastic surgery. In most cases this is unfortunate as the mature ladies are a much better fuck IMO, however if the looks aren't there she will have a tough time attracting new business. I can see her reason for doing this, it ain't easy being her.

a woman in her 40s cannot compete with a 20 year old. Why would she even try. But many guys have no problem with an attractive mature woman. Some want nothing to do with 20 yr olds. A natural attractive mature woman is in a different market with its own set of customers.

That is true in some other lines of work as well. Use to be that a trader over 40 was really rare. What about surgeons over age 50? Hockey players, gunslingers, fighter pilots, running backs, etc. at age 40 are ancient. A 40 year escort might want to consider opening her own agency and hiring 22 year fresh face ladies to do the actual escorting.

Yes this is true too. You can look years younger by eating right and working out but one can do that until they're blue in the face and still have an old looking face. Facially, it is hard to stop the clock. There are ways to minimize the aging process on your face like the obvious things like staying out of the sun, no tanning salons or smoking but gravity waits for no one. I've done some really silly things since I was a teenager to ensure I would not get wrinkles like doing facial exericises, not laughing excessively to the point where I would get a deep laugh line and crows feet. And I do not frown. No frown line between my eye brows. And unfortunately a face lift, eye/brow lift can make you look older. Facial cosmetic surgery that is done correctly is very subtle.

Well put, trm. I feel exactly the same way. I was hoping this particular lady would have embraced the aging process and maybe even played up the MILF angle a little bit but, sad to say, her apparent insecurities got the better of her.
