Jokes aside, TH service and products standards are way too low vs. the prices. Still they manage to get lots of customers due to no competition. I bought myself a Nespresso machine. Its fantastic...and does not need repeating orders and still messing up....

I was in downtown area few months ago, and had to go to for coffee with colleagues. Ordered "black medium, no sugar" and got the disgusting look from my Jamaican/Afro-Canadian server!! Ordered same in 'Sauga....and got "wow" look from my EI server. Ordered same in Scarbaria...and Tamils killed me And btw...the orderes were still mixed up on all occasions.

Ordered same in Ajax at one late night, store was almost empty and the lone server was mopping the floor behind the counter. Perhaps, a Filipna or so. She had no gloves on when mopping, and after taking the order she proceeded to make my coffee. I very politely asked if she can was her hands, and the all the hell broke loose. She told that I am being racist, and why do I thing her hands are dirty and blah blah. I took it for a while. When she stopped, I politely (again) pointed that the sign above her wash basin says wash hands!!!! Another round of yap yap from her, and then some manager type came in from the back/baking area. Asked me if she can help. I explained briefly, and all she offered me was a free doughnut...but THAT lady never washded her hands. I took neither coffee or doughnut and walked out.

Long live Nespresso...ciao ciao TH.

If it is anything like McDs latte, it is factory made coffe syrup with fake milk built in that is frapped up with hot water.
