With 22 seconds remaining in regulation time the Tabbies have tied the game. Looks like overtime is possible!

CFL great game!

Don't get me wrong. I think the CFL offers an exciting brand of football. But this new format is a little bit crazy where Winnipeg, a team in Western Canada, misses the playoffs in the Eastern Conference. And then BC Lions beat Hamilton in the Eastern semi final. We really need 5 teams in each conference, and none of this cross over stuff. Winnipeg back to the West, and teams in Ottawa and Quebec City or Halifax.

Hey, I agree.

CFL needs a team in Ottawa, Quebec City, Halifax and one more out west.

They could just go to an 8 team division, not East/West. That's basically what is happening now.

Well, the East/West rivalry is a very strong and historical tradition. I guess that is part of my objection to the cross over format they have now. As for 8 teams in each division, let's shoot for 5 first, then start working on 6. As it is, it seems there are only 5 markets in the west and 3 in the east that are viable anyway. So to go to 10 teams is a big jump.

shouldn't this thread belong in the sports discussion?

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

must of been quite the game , what is it ? the east/west semi-finals this weekend? what was the outcome in the quarter-finals ? ohh , i forgot , it's an 8 team league.

hate to tell you , but the st. louis rams backup squad has more talent then the hamilton tigercats. enjoy your poopy cfl playoff games , it so exciting when you miss a field goal and get a point.

excuse me , i'm about to watch some real football , peyton manning & the colts vs. tom brady & the patriots.

Ottawa won't work unless there's an owner with deep pockets and lots of patience. They only support winners there, unlike the hammer which lives and dies with the cats.
Now Halifax and Quebec City maybe.
