I wonder if it will work on bloodshot eyes. I'd rather stick to a few swishes of the lock. The face lock on Samsung now sucks for my face (my SO barely recognizes me in the morning) although I do like the feature that stops the time out if you are looking at the screen. Let me guess the progression between Apple & Samsung:

Samsung: Face Unlock
Apple: Fingerprint Unlock
Samsung: Iris Unlock
Apple: DNA Unlock
Samsung: Breath Unlock
Apple: Bite Unlock
Samsung: Urine Unlock
Apple: Fart Unlock
etc, etc
