Not even splinter. There was one group that set itself up as the sort of national coordination of all the other decentralized group. I don't even think it is a question of most of the other groups re-naming. Those will probably continue to reference three percent. It is just this "national" group that is dropping out.

They had no real control over those people and were overall less extreme so they have given up because they don't want to be blamed for all that shit.
