Yooo that took me a minute to realize his lawyer [criminal ] was her husband [ judge - female, husband ] I was thinking you mean to tell me the judge is married to the defendant??

I looked it up her name is Honorable Jeanette Bigney, and her husband is Lawyer David Bigney. She indeed did as she should have, stating it a conflict of interest. Then signing the case to another judge. Kudos to her.

I had to look this up.
The black lawyer is not her husband.
Her husband is David R. Bigney, of the Bigney Law Firm, in Orange County Florida.
She is the Orange County Court judge.
The black lawyer works at the Bigney Law Firm as an attorney.
Because her husbands law firm is involved in this case, she cannot proceed with presiding over the case. (That is also why she says "Your lawyer has attorneys working for him" - It is a law firm).
