More like the future of the world. It will take time for the non-rich to become extinct when AI takes all the jobs.

How many of us only shop at brick-and-mortar retail stores never purchasing things on the internet?

"We have met the enemy and he is us."

The Industrial Revolution caused great dislocation, yet how many of us have any desire to live in a pre-industrial society?

Perhaps the greater problems are the two edged sword of lack of job training, and inability to learn new skills.

I very rarely buy anything on the net. Prefer brick and mortar stores. Why buy something sight unseen? Makes no sense.

nobody believes in job training anymore everybody wants previous experience even for simple jobs like dishwashing

When robots can do everything a human can, they will get rid of all the poor and the weak, and then the remaining humans won't really need to use money anymore. The problem is the middle stage where the change occurs, which already started. More and more people won't be able to find jobs, and there are still idiots who keep breeding without thinking how that offspring is even going to live.

I was like that. Now I am moving more and move to buying online.

I can't stand the crowds anymore. Show up at Costco on any given day, at any given time and it is a fight for everything. Fight to get into the plaza, fight to find parking, fighting to not hit all the idiots walking their carts and the other idiot drivers stopping to let their princess wives outs because they can't walk the extra 20 steps from the parked car. Fight to walk into the store with out being hit by a cart on the way in, fight to walk each aisle, fight to walk around the hordes at the free tasting stations, fight to get to the line of the check out, don't even bother with the pharmacy that will not let you claim your ticket if you show up two mins early. Then the waiting starts, wait in the massive check out line, wait to get out of the store, wait for all the other people to get out of your way so you can move ever so slowly to the exit. Wait for the cars that are not looking while you try to get to your car. Then watch as people stalk you and wait for you to get your stuff in the car, acting of course like you are moving to slow for them. Fight to pull out of the space because of the the waiting idiot who has cause a jam up of cars, wait to get in to the line of cars to get out of Costco. Oh and forget getting gas.

This is all at 10:05am when Costco opens are 10.

Nope - no thanks you. This is how it is getting for all the stores. Grocery stores, liquor stores, Walmart's, malls. So forget it I will just shop online. I will be trying to find my meat and produce from local farms and butchers. I will start doing the online shop and pick ups for the regular canned goods and stuff.

Until I fully move out to farm land. I just can't be around these masses of people anymore. There are too many dumb idiots walking around like they are the only person in the world. No one looks out for other people anymore.

Anyway - that is my rant. Can you tell I hit Costco last week? Hahahaha.

I am single and I find Costco is the biggest scam going. You pay a membership to buy things there! Really, that's so fucked up. I will never pay a membership to shop in a store. Besides,I don't need a 5 gallon pail of mustard!

I shop for groceries after 7pm.Stores are dead at that time. Never go shopping for anything on weekends during the day.Stick to shopping at night.Weekends bring out all the fucktards. You are just punishing yourself.

This is a Wednesday morning. Lol.

The value of Costco works for me. I get money back every year that pays for my membership.

My problem is I am up at 6am daily. I want to shop at the beginning of my day and get it over with. I don't want to waiting until after dinner, when I am full and tired, to go shopping.

Just easier to shop online. Food delivery is getting more and more popular so soon it will be all groceries are delivered too. I will gladly pay for that then deal with brick and mortar stores.
