Can't see that working particularly well given the majority of Canadians are not muslims, however dealing with crime and criminals in a way similar to Singapore would be a step in the right direction in my eyes

This is not much better way of expressing this opinion, even if a little better then stoning women for not covering their face. Tougher punishment doesn’t mean killing or caning people, but at least there, they are equal.

However, we are speculating on the punishment here. This thread is more about the crime at this point.
