The first is probably just good sales speak, and I automatically ignore any "better than other guys" comments, because I *know* that's sales talk. It was said in such a convincing way though that it made me feel pretty good, but, maybe she was just good a her _job_ in saying that.

The second one came from an SP I'd only seen once so I think it was honest. When it comes from an SP you've seen lots of times it's also sales talk, basically, rewarding loyalty is a strategy used in every business to keep repeat customers happy.

So, fun thread, but I bet a lot of guys fool themselves into thinking that SP's really mean those sweet things they say, and don't realize it's just part of the selling process. SP's are _selling_ a service, and the better ones do know how to sell.
