Am curious what do you do when you book a appointment but when' you show up it's a SP that you have seen previously who has changed name and phone number and pictures.

If it's someone that you had a really good previous appointment with then it's a delightful happy suprise

But what do you do when it's someone you have seen previously that you didn't have a good experience with

This has been happening more lately and it drives me insane but I put on a happy face and always pretend I'm so glad to see them again. It's all about saving the session and ensuring the pop.
