MAIN CARD (Spike TV)

Michael Bisping vs. Jason "Mayhem" Miller
Dennis Bermudez vs. Diego Brandao ("TUF 14" featherweight finale)
John Dodson vs. T.J. Dillashaw ("TUF 14" bantamweight finale)
Yves Edwards vs. Tony Ferguson
Johnny Bedford vs. Louis Gaudinot

Michael Bisping vs. Jason "Mayhem" Miller...........Even if you don't watch the show this match up is an interesting one from a competitive point of view. Miller's returning to the big show after getting dominated by GSP and has gained notoriety as a reality tv star on Bully Beatdown. Bisping for his part always plays the heel to the fullest. Mostly I get the impression that he is not acting though, lol.

The question is here, is Mayhem a UFC caliber fighter or is he just a media hype machine? My feeling is that he is in tough here against an opponent who has stayed a lot busier as of late against higher quality opposition.
As much as I want to see Miller win this one, I can't see it happening. Bisping by unanimous decision.

Nice to see they are giving Gaudinot a little push.
I know him and, on a personal note, he deserved better than he got on the show.

Going to have to go against your top 4 pics, lol.

Take a pass on the last fight as I don't know enough about Gaudinot to make an informed opinion.

I haven't watched "TUF" this season (or for the last few seasons) so I won't bother calling out the winners for that....

As for the main event...
Bisping has definitely faced a lot tougher competition so I can see him grinding out a decision.....though hopefully Miller will pull of a submission on Bisping....

I also hope Edwards wins - I always like Yves but he doesn't seem to have a chin and has lost some of his speed.....

Manji,

You really should check out this season, for me it was the best season for fights, the fights to get into the house were insane. I found this season to be less about the house bullshit and more about the fights.

I don't think Miller belongs in the ufc..

Gassed mid 2nd rd
Super sloppy punch's, no technique
Busted up by pillow hands Bisping

Bisping made him look amateurish and Bisping sucks compared to the elite.
I though Miller would do better than that. Didnt know how to pace himself.
I hate when Bisping wins against anybody

Ouch
Screwed the pooch on that one
Glad I didn't bet anything this time
Although I thought Yves won that decision, but Dana gets what Dana gets I suppose

Miller looked to me as if the ring rust and return to the UFC jitters/ adrenaline dump got to him.

I think those factors combined to make his striking look even worse than it is.

Bisping on the other hand has looked reasonably good against everybody he has faced outside of Hendo.

Might be time to grudgingly give Bisping his due.
