Well, we can figure it out. There was no prior eye contact or conversation between the Montenegrin and Trump. No shared joke. Trump comes from behind and paws the Montenegrin out of the way, steps to the front of the lesser ones like Agamemnon ruling the Hellenes and then goes into his "heroic, firm-jawed pose" for a photo op. The Montenegrin appears embarrassed. Trump ignores the lesser ones around him and looks around for the cameraman, maintaining his "tough and leaderly" facial expression.
