I had read that the Vancouver home the show was filmed in was purchased by the production company for the filming so they could reduce production costs/get grants, and that his permanent home is in LA.

I tried to search again and I couldn't find anything that stated definitively where he lived. But you know what...who really cares where he lives. The important thing is...I'd still do his wife.
