Obviously that's what people are interested in discussing, no?
Am I suggesting otherwise?
But I don't think "moving them to another category" is an argument against their popularity. The Sports discussions and the Politics discussions are obviously popular but they have their own categories as well. You're implying that people may not wish to see these posts in the Discussion area... since they are obviously very popular threads, I am suggesting otherwise.
That's never going to happen.Re: Photo threads
It would be nice if members post more pics, appropriately edited of course, that they actually took themselves of people they actually know/met, instead of downloading all or almost all of their pics from the Internet.
A dangerous assumptionThird, people aren't going to want to post private photos of people that they would be sharing without permission because I assume most people here aren't assholes.
I know.A dangerous assumption
First, people aren't professional photographers so the quality would plummet.
But they would look much more authentic.
Second, people aren't professional photographers so the number of pictures would plummet.
It shouldn't plummet if people continue to also download pics from the Internet.
Third, people aren't going to want to post private photos of people that they would be sharing without permission
Yes, this is where one has to be selective and edit/crop carefully to protect the innocent (or guilty).
Finally, some pussy.
What is TERB without pussy? Finally, some pussy.
Of course, there was also Terry (R.I.P.). I once met Terry's wife, Carol. Very nice lady. I complained about a dancer overcharging me and Carol refunded the $50. Terry's son is now in the family business.Spiro, a blast from the past. Slapping the stage to stop the girls playing with each other.

When a natural theme evolves in the Lounge, it makes sense to give it its own section, I would think. The Lounge feels like it is supposed to be wide ranging and kinda random - if a bunch of threads start to form a current, why not give that current its own riverbed?
The photo threads will lose their novelty in a couple of months and the new sub board would die.But I don't think "moving them to another category" is an argument against their popularity. Totally possible. The photo threads will lose their novelty in a couple of months and the new sub board would die.
I think lots of people do. They all seem pretty active. How many people post to those sub cats though? I don't. It would "slow" the board down to move the more popular threads. Imho.
Sure. I'm pretty agnostic about the whole thing. All these picture posts could very well die down soon, I too was doing it because of boredom. Once spas, escort cervices etc. return to full go, there be plenty of other things to discuss
