Hey All... TheNiteHwk is in Ottawa!
Went to the NuDen last Sat. eve about 10pmish till 12midnight. Have not been there in years. Have not been in Ottawa for years. LOL. I may be coming to Ottawa on a regular basis over the next few months as I am going to be working with a local bussiness here P/T starting as of today. But doubt if I'll be returning to the NuDen anytime soon cause I really was not all that impressed.
The first thing that happened as soon as we came in the door they asked us to take a breathalizer test to enter. Like when did the start that? I'm all for keeping drunk drivers off the roads... but they did not even ask any of us if we were driving. And the doorman... although I won't go as far as to say was rude... was a bit harsh.
Next... (as those who know me, I have a fetish for French girls) believe it or not I did not meet even one French dancer there. OK I'm sure that there must have been some French girls there... none that I met had that sexy French accent that I love so much. They all spoke perfect English with no accent at all.
Next thing... most of the dancers there were to skinny for my taste. I do like 'em petite but not so skinny that they look like a strong wind could blow them away if they were not holding on to the pole.
Lastly... the place is getting old looking. I mean I remember being there years ago on grand opening night as I was a driver/dancer agent way back then and the place was beautifull. But now it looks like it's really gone down hill. Looks to me like they are a little behind in the up keep. And like most SCs in GTA the washroom stink was enough to make me want to puke up my $10 hambuger.
Think maybe they should change the name now. Leave off the Nu part and just call it The Den. Or maybe the Dungen.
Oh.... I did not take any dances but one of the guys I was with did and he told me he only had two dances cause for $20. all he got was pure air. I remember last time I was in Ottawa a few years back dancers had $10. dances (air dances) and $20. dances (light touching allowed). What happened to that? Anybody?
Oh well... wish I had more time cause I would like to go to Diamonds and or BareFax... but I'm here mostly on a biz trip... and funds are low cause have been off work from my regular job since mid Nov.
Alas such is life.
