Just sharing a long time thought about the whole Canadian Lotto System...
I find it incredable that we have mega jack pots that only 1 or the odd time two tickets win. Random? Yeah right. You're telling me that a computer system as sophisticated as the Governments Tax on the Stupid, can't spit out the Random winning or non winning ticket every week? I find it rather amuzing that when the Government needs to raise some capital that no one wins for a few weeks and the buying frenzie begins.
I aslo find it rather amuzing that EVERY spring is the time that the Corp decides to give away the unclaimed millions.....right around Income Tax Refund time. It is ironic to me that the tax payer/player supports the Government to pay back their own refunds!
Now there are those that will debunk all this as BS, but the Illuminati Thread got me to wondering, hmmmm, could it be???
