But all the rest of South and Central America is doing well..........maybe not. There was a Scottish guy who was doing some documentaries on money on the Knowledge Network. Seems British influenced, countries like the US, Canada, Australia etc. sort of flourished economically compared to their hot blooded Latino counterparts. Maybe because of a slightly more liberal mindset. People don't really seem to thrive under the jackboot.
