Was that the US housing default crash ? Like during the global COVID lockdown around mid March 2020, you should be buying ! Black Swan events get you the cheapest prices if you have the patience to hold.
Turned on CNBC one morning during the crash. Futures were pointing way down and the CNBC chicks were saying the market is going to go way down on the open.
Put in a stink bid for Agrium before going off to work and ended up getting it at the very bottom. My gain was wasted as years later I bought a stupid oil stock and that company went bankrupt.
