it's not porn, the guy that the letter is addressed to ran a website called nosepilot.net, which hosted a very popular and weird flash animation about 5 years ago
obviously the hits on his website went over his allotted bandwith

7cents mer MB is 70 dollars per gigabyte. Only an idiot would subscribe to a service provider charging those rates. Sympatico Light charges 10 dollars per Gigabyte over the 2 Gig limit and they are considered expensive.
