Gotta think that Caldwell will be fired by the next GM after Irsay purged the organization of the Polians today. Polian should never of hired Caldwell in the 1st place. It was like handing the keys of a Ferrari to a novice driver. Having Peyton there for 1 or 2 years then Luck to take over has to make this one of the most attractive head coaching jobs in NFL history.
