Not at all...this guy is quite well known in the community and was one of the first to finish the game on ultra nightmare. You can learn where they spawn if you play the game enough. I am more impressed at how quickly he switches between the weapons at fractions of a second and lands most of his hits without wasting time to reload.

have you ever seen young gamers playing nerdcraft? i mean starcraft? they switch between screens and locations and units with shortkeys.
