In terms of general safety, i'd rank LOS safer than PI. Canada safer than LOS. SG safer than Canada.

I will be in Thailand for the 17th time this August, I can honestly tell you that the prices you pay for escort agencies are very expensive compared with the prices the rest of the P4P industry charges. Pattaya is fun as fassbender noted, although I have rarely ever paid 2000 baht LT for a bargirl. I rarely do LT now, mostly due to the time I take a girl, it`s usually well after 2 am and ST is fine for me then. When I first went to LOS the prices were 300 bf and the 1000 max for LT, how times have changed. The one good thing about the P4P industry in Thailand is the relatively cheap overnight compared to the ST rate. An example would be the 3-5k st rate and a 8-10k overnight. If you want a companion for dinner, movie and great sex, that`s the way to go. I generally avoid Pattaya now and head to Hua Hin, Chiang Mai or Phuket (not Patong) so the choices are fewer but the quality is the same.
