He was right.
Right about what? Dying? Not exactly the side of the debate I personally want to be on. I mean dead is dead. You are not debating after that.

Bye bye Caleb, so glad God protected you, oh wait, maybe not. LOL
And you are taking a little bit too much joy over someone’s death. I get you don’t like anti vaxxers but I didn’t think you were such an asshole to actually get joy out of someone’s death. He is not a rapist or murdered or terrorist. He was an ignorant asshole. Doesn’t mean I wish death on him.

He was an organizer of anti mask, anti lockdown, anti vax protests and distributer of false and dangerous information. His actions have imo caused other people to get sick and die of this disease. He is no better than a neo nazi promoting hate, a pro war activist demanding more die in Afghanistan, or a Jim Jones type cult leader who Kool-Aids everyone.

I no longer have any sympathy for these peoples deaths. And as far as I'm concerned everyone of them that dies will cause many more of their followers to realize how wrong they were, get vaxxed, and lessen the propagation of misinformation.

So yes a smile, a joke at their expense, and not honoring these dead is entirely appropriate. They need to be vilified for their foolishness, and held up as the worst example to the public.

I take no shame in celebrating Caleb's early demise because his demise hopefully saves others. If someone is vaccine hesitant and doesn't push ridiculous nonsense on others, of course, I would not wish them ill will. This case is different.

It's killing me but I agree with the But!

Taking joy In someone’s death is disturbing behaviour to say the least.

Having no sympathy is different then actually taking joy. You all seem to actually be happy that these people are dead. That is just…. disturbing as I said. That is my opinion. I won’t take joy in the death that COVID is causing, regardless of someone’s stance on it.

Do I find irony? Yes, do I have little to no sympathy for anti-vaxxers, an—masker, etc? Yes - but to take personal joy at someone’s death is just wrong to me. Sorry guys, guess I still have too much humanity in my for this board.

Do you think it is possible his death may actually encourage some to take the vaccines? You have to look at the silver lining and in the end, none of us stopped him from helping himself. He preached to many very misleading information. Folks like this are a danger to society. I didn't pull the trigger so I'm certainly not going to feel bad for him. I do however feel bad for his family and hope they do not follow his bullshit and nonsense going forward.

He enjoyed his freedom to the end- FREEDOM TO DIE LIKE A FOOL AND FREEDOM TO LEAVE HIS YOUNG FAMILY ON THEIR OWN !!

You are missing my point. You are taking JOY in someone’s death. I’m not asking you to feel bad, I am floored that you are actually happy about it.

I don't believe it is happiness but more like an "I told you so" satisfaction feeling. I have lost any compassion for any of these twits, that I will gladly admit to.

Then maybe I am reading wrong, but to the average person, I can tell you it comes across as joy/happiness. Like you are totally happy this guy died and horribly at that. Joy in his suffering, etc.

Again, I get no sympathy, I even get the “I told you so” Satisfaction as you put it, it just was not coming across as only that. It seemed more elated then just a simply satisfaction. Just FYI if you want to know how the average reader takes your posts. If not, no worries mate. LOL

Come on, don't undersell yourself by using "average reader". LOL

Yeah, I can come off as cold but these folks are ridiculously selfish and dangerous.
