Honda was the first to get level 3 autonomous certification in 2021. I have no idea how Honda pulled that off considering they are not a tech company and other companies have more resources and have been doing it longer.
A lot of these Japanese companies have a never die attitude, you think they are dead but in reality they are just taking a break.
