How is this little prick still alive? Gun misfires...perfect opportunity for Toronto's evil cops to put him down for good, and somehow he just gets arrested.

How soon before he gets out as a young offender?

No one dies...just a routine arrest that doesn't fan the flames.

He's 18; so, he's being charged as an adult and he'll get an adult sentence if he's convicted.

I still say that if you act in a manner that requires the cop to make a split-second reaction you are likely going to reap the rewards for doing so.
