This could be from a VPN, or the SP isn’t the one setting the ads, which isn’t uncommon
Yeah, I ended up texting to try and get an answer (think this was back in december). Super obviously a fake, when asked the meetup location they refused to say anything unless I told them which city I was in. When I lied and said toronto they proceeded to give me a location of an empty parking lot for an incall. I even did a bit of "scouting", and went to that lot but parked inconspicuously a block away next to a bunch of other cars, only to see a black audi SUV pull up there with three large black guys coming out/scouting the area.
TLDR: clear scam.

Oh, it happens everywhere. I forget what city it was, think it may have been oakville, but a serial killer was using tinder to kidnap and murder young males. He'd steal pics off instagram, ask them to meet up at their house, then when they answered the door he'd lure them in and 'do the deed'. One of the reasons I stopped using dating apps entirely. Well, that and the close call I had back in november. But that's a super long story for another day.
A) They don't need you to be carrying anything. Much of 'banking' involves online currency. If someone has your phone they can access the majority of peoples' lives.
B) Welcome to canada: where firearms are both more difficult to access yet responsible for far more crime than the US.
