Technical Help Please?

Hello Out There!

I have a couple of questions I'm hoping you computer savvy people might be able to help me with please.

1. I get tons of spam mail, and keep adding to my bloced sender list. I accidentally blocked someone I shouldn't have, so subsequently have to check my deleted mail in Outlook all the time. Is there a way to "unblock" an e-mail address?

2. I use Norton 2003 (updated regularly) and after every surfing session I go to the Web Cleanup section. When I see the history it says for example, 50 web sites visited, but after cleanup it might say only 30 removed etc. Is there something I'm not doing right? This computer is used by my S.O., so I don't want to leave any footprints.

If you are in outlook express, find "Tools" then scroll down to "Message Rules", you should see something that says, "Blocked Senders List". Once you are in there you can take who ever you want off the list.
