I spoke to her apparently she has no idea and will be changing it withing 48 hrs (when asked who did it she could'nt say) we'll see
My site is copy written so I will simply sue lol (and plagerisim itself is illegal)
this is not a line here or there THIS IS WORD FOR WORD the whole site
the only diffrence is the left column pics and background even the bio is in the same manner and the calander with MY OLD AVAILABILITY

Send her ISP a demand letter to take suggsbella site down for copyright infringement or you may take legal action against the ISP as well as taking legal action against Suggabella. copy both parties.
You should get a response from the ISP.
It would be easier to sue them in small claims court unless you figure your damages for more than $10K. You would have to air your business affairs of the website to claim any damages.
An injunction is possible but way too expensive, lawyers fees. For an injunction you have to show irreparable harm that cannot be remedied in any other fashion. It is a difficult test to meet.

I am the webmaster who designed Busty Kara's site. I am totally pissed that these people would so blatantly rob. I have already contacted PayPal, Verotel and their hosting service.

Hi,
I just heard about this website, and I know most (or all) of you dont know me. I just want to let you know MY side of the storey and what I have done to cooperate with both kara and Serena and all the angry people who decided to call me and let me know their opinion.
I am new to the escorting scene and hired someone from www.rentacoder.com to make me a website. I thought he did a nice job, and I was happy with everything. All of the sudden I am driving my car in the middle of a blizard and I have a bunch of people calling me telling me how I am a horrible person. I told Kara at this time I am not willing to say who made the website because I had not yet seen her website to judge for myself if my website was infact a copy of hers. I get home around 11:30pm that same night and check out the website immediately. I look over both sites and completely agree with what has been said. I email both Serena and Kara and tell them that I have checked out the site and will be taking it down and making the appropriate changes I also tell them who the person is that has made the website and tell them that I have contacted www.rentacoder.com and told them about this person.
I then get on the phone with a friend of mine who knows little about making websites, but can atleast make me a basic page to hold up during the meantime (this is at midnight im calling him) He makes me a simple page and uploaded it to the internet for me. I email both serena and kara again to let them know the website is down and I fully apologize to both of them.
In the meantime I have recieved numerous phone calls from people yelling at me.. I took it in stride. Let them air out their problems and yell at me, I guess I deserve that. I have apologized and cooperated in every which way that both Serena and Kara asked me to. I have answered all the angry emails sent to me apologizing for my actions.
The reason I say this is because I think you guys are a bit harsh on calling me a complete scam. My pictures are real, I am not a scam artist, I am not a bad person. I have tried to correct this problem as best as I can and I do hope that the people of Terb or any other board can realize that.
For the record, I would like to apologize to both Serena, kara, and anyone else affected by this. I am sorry for what this has caused to you and I hope there is no hard feelings.
