Instead of supplying kids with temporary masks due to parents negligence / cheapness the school sends the kid home to get his own mask

How about schools supply high-quality masks to all children and teachers? In fact, how about the government supply free high-quality masks to everyone? It would be the best way to spend taxpayers dollars to fight COVID. IMHO, providing free masks to everyone should be the first thing the government should have done (where to get money? - reduce handouts!). Another thing is free weakly grocery delivery services so that people do not have to safe $10 and use Instacart instead of going to grocery stores in person. It will costs peanuts but will help with COVID prevention a lot.

Why the fuck should we (taxpayers) pay for your laziness to mask your own kids?

Masks are required because wearing mask has external positive effect on others, hence, they should be provided. It is not like you not wearing a mask has no effect on others - you breath common air.
