I think that the U.S. should try belligerent masturbation and attack themselves.

They are by far the most prevalent utilizer and purveyor of WMD; starting with their own native Americans. I suspect you will find that the U.S. manufactures and stores more WMD's than any other empire in history

Wait a While

I think they should spend six months to a year getting Iraq more organized then deal with Syria.

WYD you are so wrong about Syria putting up a fight against the US if invaded, being originally from the country let me tell ya a little bit, the military and government is controlled by a religious sect called the Alwaites who make up maybe 15% of the population, the US tanks and Marines would be welcomed on a scale that would make Paris in June 1944 look like a block party. as the vast majority of the nation hates the government and its leadership.

Once a precedent for unilateral preemptive action has been set, there is no longer a need to adhere to the ideological principal of due process. Hell that process has been cast out the window and a new form of law is in effect. Thus in this new environment it is acceptable and desirable to remove with extreme prejudice the leaders of all rogue state that have or seek WMD even if they are not a direct threat to Israel.

War Criminals?

After a cursory search I found that Ferdinand Marcos spent time in the US after being thrown out of power for being a brutal dicator.

So did the Shah of Iran. So did Thieu of Vietnam.

More of that special brand of US hypocrisy.

Exactly. If WMD were a reason then they would have to take out Israel and impale themselves on their own sword. Good point about giving up war criminals! If Saddam had played ball with the US he would still be in power and could gas, kill and maim as many of his fellow countrymen as he liked.

Perhaps the US should invade Russia to liberate Chechyna?
Should not be a need to.

Russia may well self distruct based on the fact oil will not keep rising and the fall of Sadam
