I've seen this ad around for awhile, but there are enough red flags to warrant an ask. Has anyone seen Mandy?

I did a search on the phone number and the images and nothing else came up, but the ad has some warning signs. She's ridiculously hot (if that is her) but nobody else has mentioned her, and the ad says "No Black Gents UNDER 40 YRS OLD" which is usually a bad sign that she isn't independent. It seems like even more of a give away when the SP is also black.

Does anyone have info on her?

For the record, I texted her and she mentioned her rates, a general description of services and a general location (the market). Then I asked about specific services and restrictions and she never responded, so I went on with the day.
