It seems, from Amy's desription at least, that IN are trying to accomodate our desires - Amy is described as energetic and passionate - the main elements less evident with Mandy. They have also lowered the price for Ottawa (relative to their Montreal/Toronto level).

So come on guys, lets respect their efforts to respond to our cries for good quality service (which most other IN visitors have provided - and even when less good, still better than most around here)

Since I have taken one or two for the team on the most recent IN visits I need to save up a little and will have to pass this time. Any pinch hitters?

My financial advisor suggests investing in RRSP's before March 1 deadline, then use the tax refund to indulge later!

I had a great time a couple of weeks ago with one of the girls with IN, but this was just too short notice, cannot get away for tomorrow night. Wish there was more options on the time frame.

The short notice is tough. The SO gets a little suspicious if I have to be somewhere tomorrow that I didn't know about earlier. More notice would be good.

Now I'm really disappointed that I didn't book with Amy. Based on my very disappointing experience with Mandy, I wasn't going to book with Amy as I knew they were cousins and was afraid the service might be the same for the rest of her family. Obviously I was wrong.

I got an e-mail from I-N today asking me for my feedback on Mandy, so I assumed they have heard that she didn't live up to the high standards that I-N is noted for. I gave them a detailed reply as I felt that if they were interested enough to ask, in the interest of customer service, they should know that I and unnamed others weren't impressed either. I had initially chaulked it up to YMMV until I heard others got the same substandard service.

If I ran an agency I'd sure want to know who was giving good service and who wasn't as that can sour the reputation of a business really quickly because of only a few bad apples.

Anyway, I'm glad you guys had a fun time today because I sure didn't get what you got.

I received the same e-mail regarding feedback on Mandy and gave pretty much the same response. Couldn't book with Amy today due to a busy schedule but will still try the next I-N girl that comes to town.

Hopefully this level of dedication will keep Ottawa on the I-N touring list.

Incidentally, I think the email for feedback on their girls is a standard practice (and a good one) as I received similar requests after both Oceane and Mandy.

I have been trying to figure that out for along time. One reason is that we put up with the crap. Someone is paying those things that adv. in the Sun. And when there is bad behaviour, some or many of you keep going back.
