What is it with this generation? They wear hoodies when they are abiding by the law but when they decide to break the law they take off their hoodies [for easier identification]. Wouldn't it have been smarter to keep the hoodie on and wear the non-medical mask? Would have made for a better crime. Also, why didn't he do the graffiti under the cover of darkness and in wee hours of the morning? Today's criminals are a disgrace to the term "criminal".
