Yes, very disgusting act, sadly,it is a common occurrence on city streets according to social workers who help the homeless.

A lot of homless stay away from shelters, due to the fact, believe it or not, that they feel safer in the streets due to fights/theft of belongings among the people in the shelters.

Also there are limited numbers of beds, you can't stay every single night and certain guidelines in shelters. You can't go in if your obviously high or drunk (not trying to imply that all homeless on the streets are drunks/junkies, but there are some out there), and sometimes locals that are known for violence or other serious issues can be 'banned' from shelters. At least those are the guidlines for the shelters around here.

Generally the people sleeping on the street refuse the shelters and/or have issues that make them unsuitable for a shelter. There's usually either a mental disorder and/or an addiction present in those cases.

so he pissed on a homeless dude ? while i tend to laugh at it i can also see how it is disgusting and the dude should seriously be caught. just think, if he was caught under my authority he would be locked up for a year.

Call it what you want, but the truth of the matter is they let people off weapons offences all the time. Seriously, what are they really going to do to someone for a first time peeing on someone offence?

I love how reporters call it one of the most despicable acts they've ever seen. Then tell you to go to their website to view the video. Hell, why not "Like" it on Facebook at the same time. :rolleyes:

I don't know about you guys, but if i witnessed this, the human nature in me would kick in and i'd kick the living fuck out of this guy for doing this to a homeless guy.

......and yes, i do know how to fight.

In other news, the police have arrested a "person of interest" in the Danzig shootout. Police say they need more cooperation from the "community".
