Supreme Court strikes oral argument on Muslim Ban 1.0 appeal

The SCOTUS refuses to hear argument on the now expired Muslim Ban executive order in the Maryland appeal. Has not yet decided whether to toss the Hawaii appeal re Muslim Ban 2.0.

I note that Trump didn't try his luck by extending the provisions, so it seems that it was the ban that was made not.
