Just got this so I can watch netflix/movies/browse the web in my bed. Also great for traveling. Extremely light (2 pounds).

3 modes:
1)tablet (keyboard folds flat against back of screen to make a tablet)
2)stand (e.g. watching on an airplane)
3)"laptop" (can plug in usb mouse). Note that chromebooks are like tablets, they run apps (netflix/ms word and office/browsers/media players/games/etc). They are not fully functional laptops like Windows or Apple.

$350 - > $199 (43% off) free shipping

Finally found a good deal on a tablet/laptop combo. Couldn’t find this on Amazon at this price. Lowest price on Amazon was $250 plus $40 import fee

Lenovo has been selling off tons for cheap on their site last week (not sure about this week).
They had a $12.5k laptop that was about $7.3k or do after about $5.6k off 😱
Who pays that much for a Lenovo?!🤔

That is crazy. They are trying to raise sales by the end of the quarter. Take advantage of it. :)

I got ton of old lappies... Most running Harris flavors of Linux OS. The main computer for me and the SO is a windows HP. I picked up a used Lenovo 10 yrs ago from a sale for $230 and it's still my main laptop. It was thinner and light, even then. Thing is blazing. Even more blazing with MX Linux as the OS .

The $12.5K discounted down to $7.3k computer is for offices. It is cheaper for an office to have one server and to provide computer stations for 50 employees than to have 50 employees with individual computers. It is also easier to know what employees are up to, they may be stealing company info, Amazon shopping online, doing sabotage or watching cat videos on company time.

During the pandemic there was a shortage of computer chips and it was hard to find computers that fit specific needs. now that the supply of computer chips has increased there seems to be a lack of demand for new computers. People seem to be sticking with what they have and will buy new computers only when necessary. I suspect we will see some good deals this year on Black Friday and at Christmas. I would not be surprised if the deals even get better next year as I do not expect the world economy to improve much as we pay off massive spending during the pandemic and decreased economic activity in the short term.

Offer extended to Oct. 6

Just received mine today, and am typing this review using it. Love it!

The thing is amazing! very fast, no lag, beautiful and high quality, premium feel.

Installed Netflix, Amazon Prime, Skype, VLC player, and other apps. Works great. Keyboard feels awesome. Works great with usb mouse, and bluetooth speakers.

Screen could be a bit brighter, but not bad.

Light, but not superlight, given that it's fairly small.

So many different positions. A fourth position I discovered is folding the keyboard so that the keys lie flat on the table. You can adjust the angle of the screen facing you. This is a great way to 'stand' the tablet, probably better than folding it like an upside down V-shape and putting it on a surface. This is great to put in you lap while in bed to watch a movie.

i looked it up and it's not a server and it's not worth 12 grand. its litterally just a 12th gen i9 with an rtx card and 32 gigs of ram in both desktop and laptop flavor.

Any computer with specs. of 12th gen i9 with an RTX card and 32 gigs of ram is made for very specialized work like engineering, video/photo manipulation or graphic deign. To buy a computer like that for personal use or gaming is to over buy, much of the capacity of the device will never be used. The price is at or close to the high end and had beater be tax deductible.

In August ( during the Black Friday in August sale ) I bought a Dell i7, 16 GB DDR5,512 GB SSD drive. with no video card for $999. Video cards are priced at $400-$1500 retail, If you are not a gamer then this added expense will be of no benefit to you. Most computers are very capable of rendering video without a dedicated video card. ( most laptops do not have a dedicated video card and depend on the CPU to render video ) Costco is selling the same computer for $1200.

FYI - The Gen 11 i7-11700 chip is only slightly better than the Gen 10 i7-10700 chip. The Gen 12 12700 chip is much more capable than the last two generations. If you are interested in buying the computer listed above, I would suggest you wait for the black Friday sales. I believe that find a good deal on the i7-1200 chipped computers ( and many other computers ) at that time.
There was a chip shortage during the pandemic, but now that the chip supply has increased most people are making due with what they have and not in the market for new electronic devices.
I suspect it will be a buyers market for electronics during the Black Friday and Christmas sales this year.
