Ok, it's getting close to Christmas which means I'm getting cranky. This year I've decided to take off and try to relax over the Christmas week.
I'm thinking of heading into a travel agency and asking what they have in last minute deals to 'somewhere warm, on a beach, all inclusive'. I don't think I'd be interested in places under 4-5 stars.
Right now I'm leaning towards the DR (yes, even with the killer mosquitoes).
Does anyone have any particularly good experiences they'd like to share?
Or any particularly bad ones?
The point of this trip is relaxation - a quiet place, with a nice beach, clean room and decent food - that's all I'm asking for.
