that might be your best bet, from past experience Kingston can be hit and miss with either sweet treat or Paradise, two local agencies. I have seen girls from both in the past, had a lot of fun with Julie from Paradise, she has been reviewed on here a few times. There have also been a few other reviews of some Kingston girls on here that seem to be favourable as well. The price is not too bad at $150 if you can find a good girl, I repeated with Julie as she was very open with her services.
