Wow. I feel bad now for bitching yesterday about being stuck in the subway for 40 minutes at rush hour.

The poor kids must have been scared shit.

Interesting article:( . The suspect might not have to face the charges as he clearly has a lot of psychological and psychiatric issues. He could even be declared insane.

According to the article, he was waiting at the hospital for 12 hours and nobody would see him. At his bail hearing one of the lawyers was even asking for three psychiatric drugs to calm the guy down.

I'm not sure if he will be sane enough to face the attempted murder charges? He might just be sent away for a long time to a psychiatric facility and be declared a dangerous offender. Just my opinion.

I ride the subway all the time. I guess now I'll have to be way more careful!

That's one reason why I moved well out of the city to raise my kids. Way too many psychotics wondering around untreated. As a kid, when this city was known as Toronto the good, I was walking home near Logan and Danforth, when I was pushed by some nutcase into the path of traffic ... I still remember seeing my life flash before my eyes. I know it's a one in a million chance, but it makes you wonder what people are capable of, when they lose it.

.. then the SO went and got pregers
Surely you must have had a hand in creating that pregers condition. (BTW Congrats on your escape from Joy's closet. Must have been a terrifying ordeal.)

Toronto is also the bike theft capital of the world. You would not do well here. Be fit! Be strong! Wear a helmet in Toronto.

That still does not excuse those hypocritical assholes who run the TTC from not broadasting over their speakers the cause or reason for the delay....even something subliminal would do wonders to ease concerns of passengers or at least give them a rough guess-timate of how long the delay will be.

They got the speakers fucke'em use'em!

LOL! Actually the SO rapped me causing the pregers situation! It was OUTSTANDING! I would review it, but that was over 16 yrs ago!!!

Joy's closet! Hmmm yes, it was QUITE an ordeal! "Terrifying" is not the adjective that cums to mind though! ;-) I'm hoping to get captured again someday soon!

I started cycling after we left TO for that very reason! I am not a helmet kinda guy.
