This is the way cops should be.
The driver was racking up charges as he was talking. Passing on the shoulder. Driving while under the influence, Driving without a license. The cop was still respectful, courteous, and treated him like a human being.
Why do we have so many cops that are on power trips? This is a real problem that needs to be solved. you get rid of power tripping cops, you get rid of a lot of the seemingly racist interactions as well.

She looks like she went to a party in 2001 and has been in a continuous party. Probably not employable. She will cozy up to anyone that has the toot. She lives in a blow for blow world. If she is not paralyzed and recuperates in prison, this is a pivotal point in her life.

Cops have a bad name just like any job some are good done are bad. Problem is bad ones have a. Gun and can kill.
Confirmation bias. You see what you want to see. Why would the media report boring good cops that may be the vast majority.
It doesn't matter if the majority of Cops are good, there are still too many instances of Cops who are bad actors, and abuse their positions. Full stop.

I don'e accept political bad actors either. Except typically when they go on a power trip it usually doesn't result in other people's false arrest.

Doubt it.
I don’t care enough to do so but if I go through your post history I can bet I can find situations where you do accept bad actors that have SIGNIFICANTLY more effect on society or accept situations where “it’s only a small number” in the grand scheme of things.
