My cell phone is one of those that doesn't flip closed, so the number pad is exposed. To prevent it from dialing numbers while in my pocket, I always have to lock the keys.
Yesterday I unlocked the number pad to make a call, and forgot to lock it it afterwards. I noticed the phone beeping as I moved around later that day, and promptly locked it again.
Well, last night I received a call from a female friend asking me what I meant by the text message I sent her. I was confused, and then looked at my "sent" box, and found a message that I had sent to an sp earlier: "I'm near the hotel, are you there?" This text message was not only sent to her, but to my landlord, and Beck Taxi. I was fortunate in that the message was not more explicit, but it's still embarrasing.
My stupid cell stores the last text message I send, so that's why the message was still there.
This friend, by the way, is someone I tried to get in bed with me by booking a hotel at a casino. She declined, and we haven't spoken since. Now, this text message about a hotel makes it seem like I'm a pervert.
