Successful career wives spend a lot of time climbing the ladder. That takes guts, passion, commitment and the willingness to set priorities. Sucking off your husband is not usually a priority.

I disagree. I think men are more likely to cheat when they have more opportunities, regardless of their partner's income.
I disagree with anyone who says men cheat based on the following:
1) Unhappy marriage
2) Wife earns more $
3) Does not find wife attractive anymore
These things may contribute to a man's desire to cheat, but without opportunity, it will never happen.

- Thousands of women throw themselves at him on a daily basis
The reason men cheat is biological. Like males of any species, whether human, animal, insect, etc...have the biological urge to inseminate as many females as possible to ensure survival of his line. That's how it's been for a very long time until Christianity came along and told us that we will only be with one woman and not to copulate with other women since we are supposed to be the highest and most intelligent form of God's creation.
Why do some men cheat? The answer to this is the same as the answer to the question "Why do dogs lick their balls?"
Because they can.
What keeps most men faithful is a lack of opportunity. I doubt I'm the only man who had to feign dismay over Tiger Woods conduct in front of my spouse while thinking to myself "Wow, what I wouldn't do if I had porn stars throwing themselves at me!"
