Simple, too2shy. An SW will be walking slowly and looking at every car that passes by. Some will wave, nod, wink, glare or whatever they think will act as a signal they are available. Well, just to let you know, I don't drive...don't know how; and don't have a license; so I use my two feet to get around and you notice more than you would in a car!
