Does he get another year or what is the point? His tenure has been a giant failure. A lot to deal with but hasn't shown any progress. Looks like a Gretzsky type coaching career.

Nah...I wouldn't hold Steve accountable for that sweep...Celtics figured out Durant...they bodied him...he ain't built like Lebron...he is soft with a great perimeter shot...Irving is harder to guard but Marcus Smart can limit Kyries input...other than those 2, Nets is not a good team at all...
Without a doubt Kyrie Irving gets most of the blame, just for being a selfish jerk, but Steve Nash did nothing and acted like a babysitter instead of a coach. Let's not forget prima-donna Ben Simmons, way to go to help your team out.

Would want Raps to overcome this series...it's doable now...and Harden + Doc Rivers is a recipe for choking....Bucks isn't really a favorite but I don't mind them going for it. It's actually interesting to see a match up vs. Golden State either bucks, heat or raptors...Sixers got exposed even if they beat the raptors...

The primary reason Nets are floundering is Ben Simmons not Steve Nash. Nets are paying a player who cant shoot +$30 million a year, creating huge resentment in the clubhouse and choking their offense.

Don't know if anyone could successfully coach Durant, Irving, and Simmons together.

The Nets traded away 5 first round draft picks to get James Harden, then trade him for Ben Simmons. Sounds like what a certain Toronto ice team used to do. The Kinks will make them eat dust in a few years.

I would say one primadonna (Kyrie), One fragile (KD) and one overhyped average joe (Ben).
Kyrie Irving has been suspended at least 5 games without pay by the Nets for failing to retract a link to an antisemitic work he posted on Twitter. He had donated $500,000 to anti-hate causes, which was matched curiously by the Nets and the Anti--Defamation League. But the Nets turned around and said he hadnt gone far enough. This is the same Irving whose anti vaccination stand caused him to miss boatload of home games last season.

This reminds me of cases where a confession is coerced out of a criminal suspect, regardless of whether they committed the crime or not.
