Sits in a corner all alone
In Mid January, I visited a massage parlor. Had a nice person give me a massage and release. Other than her hands, there was no oral or vaginal contact. Other than she spit on my penis to use as lubrication while giving me a handjob.

Starting a month ago, I noticed that there was some level of itchiness in my foreskin area (I am not circumcised). Now I've had this before, I am a diabetic, so I immediately thought Balantis (diabetes is a risk factor due to the sugar content in urine) and went to my family doctor and got a tube of Lamasil to cure what I thought was likely a yeast infection.

The itchiness has not subsided. Instead, parts of the skin are flaking off in areas. Use of skin cremes also suggested by the doctor is resulting in a pasty white texture on the areas itching (ostensibly through the dead skin cells sloughing off) Doctor seems to think one of two things: 1) the Lamasil inadvertently dried up the foreskin of my penis and what I'm having is the result of a lot of friction. It makes sense given that when I have an erection, the foreskin area hurts, and there is some cracking in areas where it hurts. There is no pain in the area of the head of the penis, but the itchiness seems to spread to that area, the doctor thinks the head is getting dry too.

Or 2) this is something else other than balantis. I immediately think of the MPA session and wonder if it is even possible despite no actual oral or vaginal contact.

I have not told my family doctor about the MPA session for obvious reasons, but if there is a strong chance that there is an STD involved, are there any clinics which can test and possibly deal with this (preferrably in Peel Region).

Go see your doctor he wont judge. But I think it's unlikely you caught anything from a hand job

You don’t have to tell the doctor you went to a massage parlour or that you saw an escort. You can simply tell them you had a new partner. They don’t need to know the details.

Personally I get a thrill out of telling doctors I slept with 2 guys and 3 girls in the last week just to see their reaction. I don’t do it all the time though lmao I’m surprised with the rare few that aren’t even phased.

Why don't you head down to the hassle free clinic and tell them your problems and be up front about your hobbying.

They have seen and heard it all and they don't give a fuck. Believe me.

Just tell them you had a one night fling where a girl gave you a handjob. They don't need to know that it was an MPA.

Every time a thread like this comes up the same thought goes through my mind - terb really isn't the place to seek medical advice. Go see a doctor.

It sounds like balanitis. I have a partner that is uncircumcised and when he doesn't take care of the area, that happens to him. We're both STI free and it happens to him frequently. With him I think it's mostly hygiene and jerking off too much. With you, I'm sure your diabetes makes it worse and you have to be extra diligent with you self care. I don't think you have an sti but it doesn't hurt to get checked anyway. I've been escorting for 4 years and never had an sti, I think your safe with a mp and a hand job.
It's when you start getting into bbbj and stuff like that, there is an elevated risk but still not as high as you would think.

Thanks for your advice guys. Went to see the doctor again yesterday. She took a closer look and noted three areas of broken skin in the foreskin area. She's going with her original theory that the Lamasil "dried up" that area and the skin is cracking and peeling in places, resulting in considerable pain when I have an erection. Without me asking, she also suggested that its likely not an STI as what she's seeing does not match up with an infection consistent with an STI.

I have been told to not maintain an erection for several days to allow the skin to heal properly. She has also suggested Hydrocortizol as a means to reduce the itching.

Still going to check out the hassle free clinic and make an appointment. You never know.
